Our North Star: Heat
Our shirts are cut from 100% natural hemp fibers that stay breathable in heat most fabrics cannot handle, around 30–60% more breathable than cotton or polyester in both dry and humid conditions. That extra airflow lets your body shed roughly 5–10°F (3–6°C) more heat than in conventional gear, without clingy plasticky feel or chemical coatings of polyester – all while using up to 98% less water than cotton.

We're designing Terlingua Threads to be the prime counterexample to this trend. Our business model isn't built on planned obsolescence. It's more authentic for us to earn trust, build new gear for different use cases over time, and grow because a community of people told friends, “This one actually worked – and kept working.”
